Ribbon Mixer is a device that achieves three-dimensional circulation mixing of materials through a spiral ribbon impeller. It provides a variety of capacity options from 0.5 to 10 tons. It uses a double spiral ribbon stirring shaft to achieve three-dimensional mixing, with a uniformity of CV≤3%. The mixing time is generally 3-10 minutes. It is available in carbon steel and 304/316 stainless steel, suitable for corrosive materials. A heating jacket, liquid spraying device or vacuum system can be added according to the production needs of customers.
