Recycled Materials and Special Granules: Recycled crushed materials, color masterbatches, wood-plastic composites, and calcium carbonate filler granules are considered special materials. Recycled materials contain fine powder, requiring pulse backflushing filter cartridges to prevent pipeline blockage; standard masterbatches are suitable for standard models, while high-concentration carbon black masterbatches require anti-static measures; wood-plastic composites and calcium carbonate filler granules have high density and weak flowability, requiring large-diameter equipment and increased vacuum levels to ensure conveying efficiency.
