High-Speed Granule and Powder Packaging Machine is designed to meet the high-speed, high-precision packaging needs of granular and powdery materials. Standard models can pack 40 to 120 bags per minute, while high-end multi-row models can reach up to 160 bags per minute, producing 2400 to 7200 bags per hour.

Granules can be packaged, including grains, nuts, plastic granules, and feed pellets, suitable for both free-flowing and general materials. Powders can be packaged, including milk powder, starch, seasonings, chemical powders, and premixes, even those prone to moisture absorption or clumping. All parts of the machine that come into contact with materials are made of 304/316L stainless steel, meeting food GMP and cleanroom production requirements. It is stain-resistant, corrosion-resistant, easy to clean, and does not easily retain material. A variety of bag styles are available, including three-side seal, four-side seal, back seal, stand-up pouches, and zipper bags. Common packaging materials such as PE, PP, paper-plastic, and aluminum foil are supported, meeting various needs for sealing, preservation, and light protection.

During the packaging process, granular and powder materials are fed into the storage hopper via vacuum feeding or a screw conveyor. The machine features built-in arch-breaking and material-leveling structures, minimizing jamming during feeding. Granular materials are metered using a multi-head combination scale or measuring cup, while powders are metered using a servo screw, with a filling error controlled within ±0.1% to ±0.5%. The process then involves bag making, bag removal, and bag opening, followed by filling the bags with the material, heat sealing, and cutting to complete individual packaging. Afterward, coding and inspection are performed, and finally, the finished product is delivered. It is equipped with a servo drive system for coordinated and stable operation. A PLC and touchscreen allow for direct parameter setting and recipe saving. Features include dust-proof filling, variable frequency temperature-controlled sealing, anti-clogging devices, and automatic detection, alarm, and fault self-diagnosis functions. These functions work together to complete the packaging process.

Changing bag sizes and types is also convenient, taking only about 8 minutes. It's suitable for production lines with multiple product categories, small batches, and frequent line changes.
