Vacuum loading combined weighing packaging machine is an efficient equipment integrating automatic conveying, intelligent weighing and automatic packaging. The equipment consists of three parts: vacuum feeding system, combined weighing system and automatic packaging system.
The vacuum feeding system adopts negative pressure conveying, with a conveying height of 3-6 meters, a conveying capacity of 0.5-3 tons/hour, and a conveying pipe diameter of φ38-76mm. It is widely used in powder and small particle materials. It has automatic cleaning and material breaking protection functions to prevent blockage and pollution.
The combined weighing system mostly uses 10-head or 14-head digital high-precision weighing units. The weighing error can be controlled between ±0.2-0.5g, and the metering speed can reach up to 60 times/minute, which is suitable for a variety of material characteristics.
The packaging host supports vertical bag making. The packaging bag types include pillow bags, gusset bags, four-side seals, etc. The bag width is adjustable between 80-300mm, and the packaging speed is generally 30-60 bags/minute. The whole machine control system adopts PLC+touch screen structure, which can be remotely monitored and supports switching between Chinese and English.

Vacuum packaging machine is mainly used to seal materials in a low-oxygen environment, inhibit the reproduction of microorganisms, extend the shelf life and maintain the original flavor and shape of the product. It is widely used in grain, nuts, meat, medicinal materials, tea and other industries. The packaging form can be vacuum single bag packaging or nitrogen-filled composite packaging, which is especially suitable for products with high requirements for freshness, moisture-proof and oxidation-proof.

Vacuum packaging machines for sliced products (such as sausage slices, fruit and vegetable slices, kelp shreds, etc.) generally adopt a multi-pack design, combined with photoelectric positioning and quantitative feeding systems to ensure neat slices, sufficient vacuum, and a smooth and beautiful appearance. Suitable for supermarkets and chain restaurants.
Meat vacuum packaging machines emphasize sealing strength and vacuum stability, and are often equipped with double-chamber or rolling structures, suitable for bone-in meat, cooked food, pickled products, etc. This type of equipment supports heavy packaging and has functions such as leakage prevention and cross-contamination prevention. It is one of the important equipment for cold chain and export food processing companies.
