Turnover hopper working principle

The dust-free feeding station uses physical sealing and airflow control technology to achieve "zero leakage" transfer of materials from packaging bags to production lines. Its core structure includes feeding port, storage bin, dust removal system and vibration auxiliary device. When working, the operator first fixes the bag to the feeding port, opens the package by automatic cutting knife or manual cutting, and the material falls into the storage bin under the action of gravity in a negative pressure environment; the built-in high-efficiency filter with a filtration accuracy of 0.3μm captures the dust generated by dumping, and cooperates with the reverse pulse spray system to clean the dust regularly to ensure the rapid operation of the filter element.
