Dahan's production capacity for these three products can be explained in terms of models, materials, and design.
 
Firstly, Dahan's vibrating screens have standard models with diameters ranging from 400mm to 2000mm, suitable for most production requirements. We can also produce larger or smaller models for customers. For example, a 300mm diameter vibrating screen customized for a customer in Shandong is suitable for small-scale screening and its small size allows for use in small factories. We can also produce a 2200mm diameter model suitable for large-scale production. Regarding materials, in addition to carbon steel and stainless steel, Dahan can also produce vibrating screens made of plastic and nylon, materials that some manufacturers cannot produce.
 
Secondly, there's the 450 filter screening machine, featuring an IP54 waterproof motor and waterproof treatment, preventing slurry leakage and enhancing operational safety. A 360° automatic spray head ensures thorough cleaning. The screen grid has an elevated design to prevent liquid splashing. Specially designed gates at the inlet and outlet ensure more even material distribution on the screen surface, and the discharge speed can be controlled.
 
Finally, there's the high-frequency screen. It uses a Z-shaped mesh frame with a one-piece molded screen bottom for long service life. The motor is a 2-pole high-frequency vibrating motor, reducing clogging during material screening. The slag discharge port is designed as a sieve for fast slag removal. Common models range from 600mm to 1200mm, and other models can be customized upon request.
 
Solid-Liquid Separation Equipment Customization Capabilities
 
Dahan's three solid-liquid separation equipment models can all be deeply customized to meet specific working conditions. Some functions can be added uniformly, such as the addition of casters and fixed brakes at the bottom for easy station changes and cleaning; or the feed inlet can be customized with side feeding and quick-connect couplings.
 
For individual function customization, the vibrating screen can be customized with different numbers of screen layers according to screening requirements, with a suitable number of layers available from 1 to 6. A feeding station can be added above the discharge port of the vibrating screen to control the feeding speed and improve the uniform distribution of materials on the screen surface. When screening fine powders with a lot of dust, an ultrasonic system can be installed to prevent clogging; for narrow screening spaces, an explosion-proof motor can be installed. For wet materials, a scraper device can be installed to clean the screen. High-frequency screens can be customized with rimmed, bottom-cylinder, or open designs, and can also be equipped with dust covers and sealing strips to prevent dust from flying and protect the working environment.
