First, there's the ultrasonic rotary vibrating screen. DaHan's ultrasonic rotary vibrating screens are available in eight standard sizes, ranging from 400mm to 2000mm in diameter, and support flexible combinations of 1 to 6 screen layers. From screen frame processing to vibration motor manufacturing, DaHan has complete in-house production capabilities. Different materials can be customized based on the characteristics of materials such as metal powder, resin powder, and food additives, including stainless steel, carbon steel, and plastic, to meet various needs for fine grading and impurity removal. Custom models can also be made according to production volume; two customers previously ordered 300mm diameter ultrasonic rotary vibrating screens from our factory.
 
Second, there's the ultrasonic linear vibrating screen, available in various sizes, such as 1-meter wide and 2.5-meter long screens, and 1.5-meter wide and 3-meter long screens. These are suitable for high-volume continuous operation scenarios such as quartz sand, abrasives, and ceramic slurries. The equipment adopts reliable welding and bending processes to ensure the rigidity of the screen box and supports 1-5 layer screen combination design, which can meet the large-volume screening needs of customers in different industries.
 
Next is the ultrasonic direct discharge screen, available in single-motor and dual-motor configurations. The single-motor version is suitable for materials with good flowability, while the dual-motor version offers stronger vibration and is suitable for higher output. It can discharge material autonomously. Dahan offers eight models with diameters ranging from 400mm to 2000mm, available in stainless steel and carbon steel to suit different materials and output levels. It can also be equipped with casters for convenient screening in different locations.
 
Finally, there is the ultrasonic gyratory screen, suitable for screening ultrafine powders, irregular materials, and flaky materials. The screening method is gentle and does not easily damage materials. It is available in carbon steel, stainless steel, and stainless steel for material contact, and offers six models with diameters ranging from 800mm to 2500mm. Custom models can also be made according to screening output and factory space.
