How does the Turmeric Crusher Machine work?

After the Turmeric Crusher Machine is started, turmeric powder is fed into the grinding chamber through the inlet. Driven by the high-speed rotating rotor, the turmeric undergoes intense impact, shearing, and friction between the stator and rotor, instantly being shredded into fine powder. The shredded powder rises with the airflow to the grading zone. The grading wheel rigorously screens the powder; coarse powder that does not meet the target mesh size is thrown back to the grinding zone for further grinding. Only fine powder that meets the fineness requirements can pass through.
