Main Jaw Crusher Series

The PE series is a traditional double-pendulum type coarse jaw crusher. This series features a wide feed opening, deep crushing chamber, and high crushing force, capable of directly crushing large pieces of raw ore. It has a robust overall structure, stable operation, and convenient maintenance. The large PE1200×1500 model can feed 1020mm large raw stones, with a processing capacity of 5-1000 tons per hour. It is mainly used for primary coarse crushing operations in various sand and gravel production lines and quarries.

The PEX series is an extended-cavity fine jaw crusher, belonging to the fine crushing type. Compared with the ordinary PE series, it has a narrower feed opening, a longer crushing chamber, a larger crushing ratio, and finer and more uniform output particle size. The equipment features a compact structure, suitable for secondary crushing after primary crushing. It can handle a maximum feed size of approximately 120mm-250mm and is widely used in fine processing production lines, producing smaller aggregates.

The CJ series is a European-style jaw crusher with a large crushing angle and deep cavity design. It boasts high crushing efficiency, large capacity, and low energy consumption. The frame has high overall strength and good wear resistance. It has a large feed range, handling a maximum feed size of approximately 400mm-1040mm, and can process large pieces of hard rock.

The HJ series features optimized motion trajectory and crushing chamber shape, handling a maximum feed size of approximately 850mm-1200mm. It offers strong crushing impact, large throughput, and a hydraulically adjustable discharge port for convenient and quick adjustment. It also features good overload protection and is suitable for materials of various hardnesses, making it widely used in large mines and quarries for crushing operations.

How to Select a Jaw Crusher？

When selecting a jaw crusher, first determine the feed opening size based on the maximum size of the raw material to prevent jamming due to excessively large materials. Then, consider the material hardness, available space, and future operation and maintenance costs. For small sand and gravel production lines with limited budgets and only requiring coarse crushing, the PE series is the preferred choice. If a second process is needed, with finer output particles and a smaller processing capacity, the PEX series is more suitable. For processing high-hardness ores such as granite, the CJ series is the first choice for its versatility. For coarse crushing of large raw ore and continuous high-capacity operation, the HJ series is the best option.
