PF Series.A classic basic model with a single rotor operating at high speed. The upper hammer plate on the rotor impacts the feed material. After gaining kinetic energy, the material impacts the primary and secondary impact plates at high speed, completing the rebound crushing. The material repeatedly impacts and collides with each other within the chamber, achieving staged crushing. The qualified material is discharged from the bottom outlet. The equipment adopts a dual-chamber multi-stage impact crushing structure, ensuring a stable closed-loop crushing process and a simple and universal structure. Includes standard models such as PF1010, PF1210, PF1214, and PF1315, with rotor specifications of Φ1000×1000mm-Φ1300×1500mm, a capacity range of 50-220t/h, and a finished product particle size ≤50mm, fully meeting the basic crushing and fine crushing needs of small and medium-sized production lines.
 

The PFW series European-style heavy-duty impact crusher continues the core principle of single-rotor multi-stage impact crushing, employing a deep cavity and wide crushing stroke design. This results in greater rotor rotational inertia and stronger impact energy. After entering, the material is powerfully struck by heavy-duty hammers, combined with multi-layer rebound crushing by curved, thickened impact plates, enhancing the crushing penetration of hard rock materials and resisting repeated impact and wear from high-hardness materials. The rotor is thickened and reinforced overall, with a capacity range of 150-550 t/h and a crushing particle size ≤45mm. The equipment boasts excellent impact resistance and wear resistance, making it suitable for high-load continuous operation in large-scale sand and gravel production lines.

 

The dual-rotor impact crusher adopts a dual-rotor reverse-linked series crushing structure. The upper and lower rotors are arranged in opposite directions. The first rotor performs coarse crushing impact on large pieces of material, which is then thrown at high speed into the secondary rotor crushing chamber. The second rotor performs secondary high-intensity fine crushing impact, resulting in continuous double-chamber reciprocating crushing and one-time finished product formation. The single-machine crushing ratio far exceeds that of single-rotor models, with a capacity of 300-750t/h and a crushing particle size adjustment range of 20-80mm. It is mainly supplied to large mines and large building material aggregate production bases.
